A Kelty man has been ordered to do unpaid work after he was caught with indecent images of children.
Douglas O’Hare, 40, of Beechbank Crescent, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that between January 1 and August 30, 2022, he was in possession of indecent images of children.
Sheriff Susan Duff imposed a community payback order with three years of supervision and 225 hours of unpaid work.
O’Hare was also put on the sex offenders register for five years.
