The Freedom from Fear campaign is designed to highlight some of the issues faced by shop workers in the line of duty, including increased instances of anti-social behaviour and abuse, and aims to encourage customers and the public to support our retail workers.

Information and discussions included the challenges faced in city centre locations and the united approach being taken to support retail teams.
