A Dunfermline man, who ignored a court order preventing him from accessing the internet, has been jailed.
Robert Gillies, 32, of Macbeth Road, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court by video-link from prison.
He admitted committing the offence between August 2 and October 12 last year, when he was subject to an interim Risk of Sexual Harm order.
He breached the order by being in possession of an electronic device capable of accessing the internet and using it.
He then repeatedly breached a restriction of liberty order, which had been the original sentence.
Sheriff Susan Duff jailed Gillies for a year.
