A CULROSS man is seeking permission to set up a dog grooming business in his home.
Mr M Morse has submitted an application to Fife Council for listed building consent for a part change of use at his Balgownie House property.
The alterations would see a joint reception and dog drying area as well as a dog wash room created at the property.
