RESTRICTIONS are to be put in place on a Kelty road later this month.
A temporary no waiting restriction will be in place on a 200 metre stretch of Black Road from Monday, April 8, until Friday, April 19.
The measures are being introduced to allow Scottish Water to carry out work safely.
Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained while the work is being completed.
