A 23-year-old woman barged into a church and launched a foul-mouthed tirade at her former partner.
Emily Hardie, formerly of Kelty, now of Craigearn Place, Kirkcaldy, appeared for sentencing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
She admitted that on September 16, at Grace Church, Pilmuir Street, Dunfermline, she shouted and swore.
Depute fiscal Brogan Moffat said Hardie had been in a relationship with a man but he had gone back to his former partner.
The couple were in their church talking to the pastor about arrangements to be re-married when Hardie turned up.
She entered the church and said: “Youse are an absolute f****** joke. Look at the two of you. I’ll do everything I can to get any future kids taken away from you. Look at the state of you both.”
The pastor intervened and escorted her off the premises before the police were contacted.
Sentenced had been deferred for good behaviour and Hardie has stayed out of further trouble.
Sheriff Susan Duff admonished Hardie but imposed a six-month non-harassment order protecting her ex-partner.
