Kelty Musical Association will be performing Dirty Rotten Scoundrels this May at Dunfermline’s Carnegie Hall.

Based on the popular 1988 MGM film, this performance is set in the French Riviera and follows con men Lawrence and Freddy. Lawrence talks rich women out of their money, while Freddy swindles them with lies about his grandmother’s poor health.

The two con men decide to work together but find there is not enough room in their French town for both of them, so they start a competition. The first to get $50,000 out of heiress Christine Colgate gets to stay in town, while the other has to leave.

The performance will take place from May 1 to 4 at Carnegie Hall.
