ENQUIRIES are "ongoing" after the latest disturbance at Dunfermline Bus Station.

Police were called to the facility on Queen Anne Street shortly before 10.30pm on Saturday.

The incident follows concerns earlier this year when a member of the public had told the Press that passengers were becoming "intimidated" by gangs of youths causing trouble at the city centre terminus.

Police had promised an increased presence in the area to help allay fears.
