Natasha Norbury, market operator, commented: “It was such a lovely day with a great turnout and atmosphere. People were able to sit on the steps of the Abbey and surrounding grass areas and enjoy their food and the lovely weather while listening to our wonderful performers, Liam Halliday.

“The stall holders all had great success with many selling out, one even had to have more stock delivered. Another trader was seen making more beautiful willow hearts to keep up with the demand.
“Our next market is on Sunday 16th June with more stalls including the Crumbleologist and hopefully a local farm.”
