A KELTY man stole a vehicle and drove it through Fife while over the limit.
Garry McBurney, 34, of Croftangry Road, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on January 4 at Croftangry Road, he stole a vehicle.
He was in charge of a vehicle having consumed excess alcohol on the A907 at Blairhall and other roads in Fife.
His reading was 28 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the limit being 22 microgrammes.
Sheriff Neil Kinnear called for reports and a temporary driving ban was imposed until sentencing on June 26.
