A DRIVER was issued with a fixed penalty notice and had six points added to their licence after being stopped in Rosyth.
Officers had halted the car and spotted two tyres with its ply/cord exposed.
In a post they said: "Fife Road Policing were in the Rosyth area when they observed this vehicle being driven whilst fitted with two tyres which had ply/cord exposed.
"The driver was issued with a fixed penalty of £100 and three points for each tyre."
