RESIDENTS were forced to evacuate their homes after a car crashed into a house in Inverkeithing.
The incident happened yesterday (Tuesday) afternoon in Craigleith Avenue.
Residents had to leave their homes while energy companies checked power supplies and connections to make sure it was safe.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 5.40pm on Tuesday May 28, we were called to Craigleith Avenue, Inverkeithing after a car struck a house.
“There were no reports of any injuries.
“Emergency services and the utility company attended and a small number of residents were evacuated as a precaution.
"Most were able to return to their homes and the damaged building will be assessed by the relevant agency.”
