A MAN has been transported to Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy following a crash in Dunfermline this morning (Thursday).
The 66-year-old was taken to hospital after emergency services were called to reports of a one-car collision on the Coal Road.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "At around 9.25am on Thursday, June 6 we were called to a report of a one-car crash on Coal Road, Dunfermline.
"Emergency services attended and a 66-year-old man was taken to Victoria Hospital for treatment.
“The road was closed while emergency services were in attendance and re-opened around 9.55am.
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
