A 23-year-old man “snapped” after being bullied in Rosyth.
As a result, Kai Colston, of Brankholm View, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on 27th September at Brankholm View, he assaulted a man by repeatedly punching and kicking him on the head and body to his injury.
The incident was captured on CCTV which was shown in court.
Defence solicitor Chris Sneddon said: “He has no previous convictions. He was being bullied at the time and snapped.”
Sheriff Susan Duff told Colston: “I think you did just snap and lose your temper.”
She imposed a community payback order with six months of supervision.
