POLICE are investigating a report of a young boy being hit by a car in Rosyth.
A social media post appealed for witnesses or dashcam footage after a 10-year-old was knocked off his bike.
The incident happened yesterday (Wednesday) around 5pm on Primrose Avenue.
The post claimed that the driver checked on the boy and then drove off.

The boy now has “a lot of bumps and bruises, and is limping”.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We received a report of a hit and run incident which happened around 5pm on Wednesday, 28 August, 2024.
“Enquiries are at an early stage.”
