A Kelty man assaulted a young boy in a shopping centre.
Casey Prattis, 56, of Burnside House, Benarty Road, was found guilty following a trial at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He was convicted of a charge that on an occasion between 1st January and 25th December last year at The Centre shopping complex, Livingston, he assaulted a boy then aged 12, by seizing hold of his nipples over his clothing, squeezed them and slapped him on the face to his injury.
Sheriff Mark Allan deferred sentence for good behaviour until 5th March.
