A Dunfermline man was caught driving and ignoring a ban.
As a result, 34-year-old Gary Ross, of Clay Acres Court, was back in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on 3rd August in Grieve Street he drove when disqualified and without insurance.
Defence solicitor Alan Davie conceded: “He has history of driving offences which do not show him in a good light.”
Sheriff Susan Duff deferred sentencing for reports until 9th October.
