A 17-year-old youth assaulted two police officers during an incident in Dunfermline.
The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court to admit a series of offences.
Between July 10 and 11 at Macklin Motors, Halbeath Road, Dunfermline, he damaged property by seizing and bending a flagpole.
On July 11 at Tim Hortons, Whimbrel Place, Dunfermline, he assaulted a police officer by striking out with his arms, causing the constable to fall to the ground to his injury.
He then assaulted a female PC by kicking open the rear door of a police vehicle which struck her to her injury.
Having been taken to Dunfermline police station, he acted aggressively towards officers, repeatedly shouted, swore, engaged in a struggle with them and made threatening comments.
Sheriff Mark O’Hanlon called for reports and the youth will return to court for sentencing on October 16.
