A BANNED driver who ignored his disqualification was almost five times over the limit.
Kalyam Gera, 41, of Findlay Street, Rosyth, appeared at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that on August 25, in Kings Crescent, Rosyth, he drove while disqualified and without insurance.
He also admitted that on the same day in Kings Crescent, Rosyth, Merchants Way, Inverkeithing and roads between, he drove having consumed excess alcohol.
His reading was 102 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 22 microgrammes.
Sheriff Derek Reekie told Gera: “You were disqualified in December 2016 and here you are again.”
The sheriff called for reports and Gera will be sentenced on September 27. Bail was granted but Sheriff Reekie warned Gera he could be facing a jail term.
