A ROSYTH man ended up in court after sending threatening and offensive messages to his former partner.
It was not the first time Gordon Kenny had committed domestic abuse against the woman.
Kenny, 38, of Queensferry Road, appeared in the dock at Dunfermline Sheriff Court.
He admitted that between September 19 and 20 at an address in Inverkeithing, he engaged in a course of conduct which caused his ex-partner fear or alarm by repeatedly sending her text and voice messages which were an offensive and threatening nature.
The court heard that Kenny has three previous convictions for similar offences against the same woman.
Depute fiscal Azrah Yousaf said the crown would be seeking a non-harassment order.
Sheriff Allison McKay called for reports and Kenny will be sentenced on January 10.
