IMAGES have been released of a man cops want to question as part of their investigation into racist graffiti in Glasgow.

Officers are looking into an incident where graffiti of a racist nature was tagged on a noticeboard at the rear of Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum earlier this year.

They were made aware of this at around 9am on September 17.

In the midst of their investigation, they have unveiled CCTV footage of a man who they believe may be able to assist them.

He is described as white, aged between 16 and 20 years old, around 5ft 5in in height, of average build and with short, auburn hair.

He was using a blue coloured bike.

Inspector Mhairi Crawford of the community policing team said: “I would appeal to anyone who has any information or who recognises the man in the image to contact us.”
