El Bakhtaoui has been Athletic's star man in their surge to the League One championship, hitting 30 goals in all competitions, including a hat-trick in the decisive game with Brechin City.
Cardle, who rejoined the Pars last summer from Ross County, has fired 13 league goals as Allan Johnston's team secured their return to the Championship after three seasons in the third tier.
