FARID EL ALAGUI has today left Dunfermline Athletic, the club have announced.
The 31-year-old striker is moving on from East End Park to pursue what the Pars say is a "new career opportunity in Asia".

Boss Allan Johnston had previously told Press Sport of his desire to keep the former Falkirk and Hibernian man, and last week confirmed that he had offered him a new contract.
El Alagui signed a short-term deal until January after joining in September but, in a short statement, the club said: "DAFC would like to announce the Farid El Alagui has today left our club, following the expiry of his short term contract, to pursue a new career opportunity in Asia.
"We would like to thank Farid for his efforts and professionalism since he signed in September, and wish him and his family well for the future."
The French-Morrocan scored four goals in 16 games for the Pars, and his last appearance came against Ayr United earlier this month.
