ATHLETIC'S trip to Ayr United a week on Saturday has been postponed due to international call-ups.
The club, and the SPFL, have this afternoon confirmed that the game, originally scheduled for November 16, will now take place on Tuesday December 3.
The Honest Men requested a date change after three of their players - Ross Doohan, Daniel Harvie and Stephen Kelly - were called up by Scotland under-21s.
Scot Gemmill's team play Greece at Tynecastle in a UEFA European Under-21 Championship qualifier on Friday November 15, and the Somerset Park side have been successful in having the fixture moved.

Goalkeeper Doohan, on loan from Celtic, has been an ever-present for Ayr so far this season, as have midfielder Kelly, on loan from Rangers, and left back Harvie.
Stevie Crawford's men travel to Alloa on Saturday and, after the enforced break, make the trip to Stranraer in a Scottish Cup tie on November 23.
Dunfermline won the previous meeting with Ayr this season last month, with Andy Ryan grabbing the winner in a 3-2 victory.
