HARRY Cochrane and Anthony McDonald have both returned to Hearts following their spell on loan at Dunfermline Athletic.
The teenage duo arrived from Tynecastle towards the end of the summer transfer window.
They signed loan deals until the end of the season, but they have been recalled early due to a change in management.
Craig Levein was replaced in the Gorgie dugout by Daniel Stendel in early December, who was keen on bringing the midfield pair back across the Forth.
McDonald's time at the Pars was marred by injury, making just two appearances from the bench for the club since arriving in August.
The 18-year-old came off the bench in the recent 2-0 defeat away to Inverness, and in the home loss to Alloa Athletic.
Cochrane, also 18, would feature 13 times for the Pars, but failed to cement himself as a first team regular.
He made his debut off the bench against Inverness in September, and would go on to make seven starts.
