It has been a busy spell for Aberdour Shinty Club, with the P7s playing in the national CA Cup and the youth squads testing themselves at Kingussie.
Aberdour travelled to Stirling on Tuesday for their second-round CA Cup game against Stirling and delivered a dominant play.
Both clubs were well-equipped for players, so the sides agreed to play 12-a-side on the large pitch. Aberdour adapted well, maintaining their position across the midfield, which was key to controlling the match.
After adjusting from their recent 6-a-side outing, the team stepped up and played some great flowing shinty.

However, Aberdour was too strong, and goals came in from Connor, Tiddles (2), Murdo (3), Lachie (2), Miller, Fraser, Rueben and Otto.
The final score was Stirling 0 – 12 Aberdour and Aberdour now awaits the winner of GMA v Edinburgh in the next round.
Meanwhile, last weekend, Aberdour’s youth sides made the journey to Kingussie for the Camanchd Club Sixes, where they tested themselves in the first tournament of the season.
For P3 and under, it was the first time playing in a six-a-side format, and while the results didn’t go their way, the youngsters showed enthusiasm and gained valuable experience.

The P6 squad stepped up to play P6/7 with no P7s available and faced a tough game, but despite three defeats, they also secured three draws.
Performances across the board were encouraging and gave the group a good foundation to build on for the season ahead.
