Williamson, who signed a new contract with Dunfermline on Friday, made his under-21 debut against England at the Riverside Stadium earlier this month when he appeared as a second half substitute.
Scotland lost 3-1 but he featured again in Latvia, where he helped the side to a 2-0 win.
The games will take place on November 10 and 14, with kick-off for both at 7.30pm.
