A tree fell on Oakley Road on the way into Saline, leaving the road "impassable."
And another has been brought down on the A823 near Knockhill.
In Crossgates, a drain has begun to overflow on Main Street which has caused the road to begin to flood.
It comes after an amber weather warning for rain and a yellow warning for wind was put in place for the West of Fife as Storm Babet continues to hit most of Scotland.
