A record number of runners crossed the finish line during an annual race that was hosted recently by a West Fife athletics club.
PH Racing Club, which is based in Dunfermline, surpassed last year's previous highest total to complete their Tilli 10k event, with 674 completing the run.
That was 81 up on the total for 2024 in the sixth hosting of the popular race, which saw those competing take on a run along the Devon Way, from Tillicoultry to Dollar and back, in challenging, windy conditions.
Central AC's Jamie Crowe, who won the men's race in 2019, picked up the title again in a quick time of 29 minutes and 57 seconds, with former PH athlete, Andrew Thomson, placing fourth in a season's best of 30:35.
In the women's race, which saw no previous winners on the start line, Edinburgh AC's Nancy Scott picked up her first title in 33:56, whilst PH's Gayle Lindsay, who finished fourth, took 89 seconds off the women's club record she set at the 2024 event with a time of 35:58.
There were also placings in a variety of age categories, including M70, which saw PH's Malcolm Hammond take second place in a time of 46:19.
He was, unusually, the host club's only prize winner on the day, but Fife AC pair Janet Dickson and Keren MacPherson were winners in the F50 and F55 categories respectively, whilst Dickson, alongside club-mates Sarah Coutts and Kerry Gibson, won the female prize.
In the junior races, Pitreavie AAC twins, Mirabelle (40:49) and Maisey Meade (42:17), were first and second respectively in the female event.
